Long Fall Boots

For the Velocity Challenge Bracer, simply use a wreath hanger such as this one. Next, bend it to shape, and paint black. Then just attach it to the back, and you're done!

For the rest of the boot, perhaps some long fall socks?
I don't know, just improvise with whatever you've got that could work.
